Every Important Date, In One Place

Disney doesn’t make it easy. Dining, tours, and Lightning Lane all open on their own separate schedules, and missing one can mean losing your shot at a popular restaurant or attraction.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass aren’t on this timeline because they don’t have an advance booking window. You can only book them after you’ve entered the park that day. Multi Pass offers the next available return time on a rolling basis once you’re inside, and Single Pass is purchased the same day on a first-available basis. There’s no date to plan for; just open the Disneyland app as soon as you’re through the gates.

MouseTimer FAQ

Do Disneyland Resort hotel guests get an earlier booking window?

No. Everyone books dining 60 days before each individual date, whether you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel or not, even across a multi-night stay. Hotel guests do get priority seating access at hotel restaurants, but not an earlier window.

Why don’t Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass show up on the timeline?

Because there’s no date to calculate. Disneyland doesn’t let you pre-book these in advance. Multi Pass is booked on a rolling basis once you’re inside the park that day, and Single Pass is purchased same-day, first-available. The only Lightning Lane product with an actual advance window is Premier Pass, which opens 7 days before your visit.

What if I booked a vacation package instead of a room-only reservation?

Vacation packages (a Disneyland Resort hotel plus tickets) require final payment 30 days before check-in. Room-only reservations aren’t due until you check in. Your results show both, so just use whichever applies to your booking.

What if my check-in date changes?

Run the calculator again with your new date and everything recalculates automatically. If you’ve already made dining or tour reservations tied to your old dates, you’ll need to update those separately through the Disneyland app.

How current is this information?

We keep these booking windows updated as Disneyland changes its systems, including the January 2026 change that replaced Early Theme Park Entry for hotel guests with a free Lightning Lane Multi Pass attraction entry. Always double-check the Disneyland app closer to your trip, since exact times and rules can shift.
