Why do I need to enter cruise length, not just my sail date?
Final payment timing depends on how long your cruise is. Sailings of 5 nights or less are due 90 days before departure, while sailings of 6 nights or more are due 120 days before. This applies to every guest, including Concierge staterooms.
What’s Castaway Club, and why does it change my dates?
Castaway Club is the loyalty program you’re automatically enrolled in after your first cruise. The more cruises you’ve completed, the earlier your booking windows open for things like Port Adventures, Palo and Remy dining, spa appointments, and online check-in. Find your tier’s row in the results to see your exact dates.
My travel companion and I are different Castaway Club tiers. Whose dates apply?
Whichever guest has the higher tier. Castaway Club status is recognized by stateroom, not by individual guest, so the entire stateroom can book at the level of its highest-status member.
Why hasn’t my online check-in opened yet, even though the date has arrived?
Check-in won’t open until your cruise is paid in full. If your final payment date and check-in date are close together, make sure payment goes through first
What if my sail date or cruise length changes?
Run the calculator again with your updated details and everything recalculates automatically. If you’ve already made activity reservations tied to your old dates, you’ll need to update those separately through the Disney Cruise Line website or Navigator app.
How current is this information?
